Floppy disk is the oldest disk format for storing data. I remembered the first time playing that retro game space invaders using this floppy diskette to boot up the game. really sounds a far age ago. Though it’s now useless because of the “very small” storage space. We still can use it for other purpose, such as this colorful floppy disk coasters by thegeekery.

The set comes with a wonderfully sturdy and repurposed Minikas-Ette Library Case to store and display your coasters. The case comes in grey, yellow, red, blue and green. (Sorry, the black case is no longer available.)
The majority of the felt used to make this unique coaster is EcoSpun felt. I favor EcoSpun felt because it’s made from recycled plastic bottles. The inner gray portion is a regular synthetic felt and includes a used CD that I’ve stitched inside in order to make the coaster more durable.
