You know, I was kicking myself hardly just now after finding this cool laptop cooler with a cool features attached on it. 3 days ago I just bought a $25 laptop cooling pad with nothing but a stronger and solid base/leg with bigger fan to hold my precious laptop.

My 8 cents idea:
Since now is in Holiday season, especially the Christmas near in the corner of this month, I guess this laptop cooler will be a nice Christmas gifts for your brother or sister. Yes, they won’t need a cooling gadget for this season, but they can keep it for now and use it on Spring or Summer when the temperature get hot.
