Can you help me with my webcam? I’ve looked everywhere else and can’t find anyone knowing what the problem is. I bought this webcam, plugged it in the first day, used it just fine twice, and then all off a sudden it stopped working.

Hi Kate,
Unfortunately, we are not a tech support here. Maybe you should call or visit your merchant (where you buy the webcam) and ask for a replacement? You should be able to ask for refund if it’s not working for a few days usage. But I’m not sure, you should contact your merchant instead. Hope it helps.
